Technical Expertise : Leading OpenText solutions in ECM and DMS (Document Management Systems) for the digital transformation of major accounts.

Functional Excellence : Managing complex digitization, archiving, and document lifecycle management projects.

Strategic Partnership : Change management and client training to ensure successful implementations.

Functional Project Management : Definition and monitoring of the functional scope, from initial study to production rollout.

Analysis & Design : Requirements gathering workshops, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, and functional specification design (FSD).

Quality Assurance (QA) : Defining the functional testing strategy and driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Client Support & Enablement : Training, documentation, and change management.
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis (AMOA) or Functional Project Management, ideally within an IT consulting firm (ESN).

Proven track record in managing complex and diverse projects.
Methodologies

Mastery of project lifecycles: V-model, Agile, and Hybrid.

Ability to adapt project approaches to the client’s specific context and needs.

Desired DMS (Document Management) Expertise

Digitization : Digitization processes and data extraction. OCR/ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) and automated document capture. Digitization of critical document workflows.

Archiving : Legal archiving and regulatory compliance. Records management, document retention policies, and disposal/destruction schedules.

Solutions : OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, and other OpenText solutions. ECM integration with ERP/CRM systems. Migration and system implementation.
