We are looking for a Sales Account Manager in Belgium
Created in 2004, AEROW is a European IT Services group of 300+ experts specialized in Information Management:
- Enterprise Content Management, with solutions such as Documentum, SharePoint, OpenText Content Server
- Business Intelligence, with solutions such as Oracle, Microsoft and SAP/BO
- Information flow automation and customer experience (input and output flows digitalization, BPM, CRM, mobile applications)
- Software performance: benchmarking & optimization

Finding new customers is your favourite challenge.
You listen to the needs and expectations of new and existing customers, detect opportunities (new project, team reinforcement …) and proposes solutions, in relation with our technical experts.
You will be a key person in our organisation, responsible for all activities from prospecting to closing.
You will actively contribute to the growth of AEROW activities in Belgium.
We will provide you with the necessary training in our expertise domains, the support and mentoring of the senior management and an inspiring work atmosphere.
- You will support the recruitment of new consultants in coordination with the management team
- You will be in touch with our long-term partners.
What are the skills we expect from you
- You have a first significant experience in IT consulting (B2B)
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French,
- Self-organized with prioritization skills and attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result-oriented, persevering, committed to success
- Team player
- You share and report transparently
